Today, I am sharing my latest read with you. Though I am not a book blogger, since I loved reading this book I decided to share it with you all.
I just finished reading a Self-help book- Tiny Habits Massive Results by Jaishree Nenwani.
It is a book about 7 ( + 1 pro-habit) habits that helped the author to overcome the challenges in her life. As she mentioned in her book, she struggled with some health issues and then due to that she suffered in all other areas of life. These habits became the elly in her journey to help her deal with the life challenges.
I think these little, easy -to-accommodate habits are not just helpful in overcoming health issues but can help everyone to deal with their life problems. So, here is a quick overview of few of the habits mentioned in the book- Tiny Habits Massive Results (PS: I am only discussing a few of them because, the book is worth reading)

Habit #1 Waking up at 5:30 AM
This is a usual time of waking up for many, it’s because of their extremely busy schedules. So is the case with me, I wake up at five thirty because I need to get ready for the job, cook for the family and make my daughter ready for school. But, in this book, the author is talking about waking up before the rest of the world, to spend some time for yourself, your own well-being. So that you take better charge of your life. I like her perspective and am surely going to try this.
Another habit that I liked and started practicing is,
Taking a Break
Taking regular breaks is so important, it’s like sharpening your saw blade. I hardly do this. But after reading the book, I felt the need to do so. Now, I have already scheduled short breaks during my day.
Next important habits from the book are:
Letting go
No amount of thinking can change the past. There is no point holding grudges, instead, if we focus on the present and future, we can definitely grow and enjoy life more. I just loved it.
Take Time to make decisions
4th interesting habit from the book – THMR.
Sometimes, in our lives we get stuck and feel indecisive. These are the times when we tend to make wrong decisions. Through her book, Jaishree is telling us how important it is to take time to make important decisions in our lives. Whether it’s about relationships or career, for that matter any area of life. Take a pause, analyze the situation and think about the possible outcomes before you take important decisions in your life.
I am quite impressed with the content of the book and can relate myself to these habits.
